During pre-construction, our team provides valuable advice with regard to budget control, schedule management, and constructability/construction expertise. We focus on providing valuable information early in the design, allowing you to make informed decisions during the most economical time of the project. Our open book approach facilitates open communication and a team environment. DEW is known for its excellent preconstruction services.

When your project design is finalized, DEW qualifies subcontractors and suppliers and solicits competitive bids from the select list. Upon receipt of the bids, DEW analyzes the bids and provides the results/recommendations to the Owner. DEW supervises the construction resulting in a quality project that's on time and on budget.

DEW continues to provide support when the construction is complete. We support commissioning efforts, provide operation manuals and instruction, and, of course, warranty our work!
