The DEW Process is a unique product (in house) utilized to remove a significant amount of the uncertainty in developing a valuable estimate and schedule early in the design process. The DEW Process is used at kickoff meetings and/or a milestone budget meeting to comprehensively review and discuss all of the components of the project.
This information is utilized to establish an accurate baseline budget/outline specification and project schedule eliminating surprises down the road. It provides the Owner with an initial comprehensive estimate that is complete and thorough so that the Owner can make sound decisions throughout the design process.
The DEW Process facilitates the gathering of all information for the project as thoroughly, timely and accurately as possible to ensure that all phases of the construction process are a success for all involved. The DEW Process (a checklist) is tailored specifically to different business types such as retail, office, healthcare, manufacturing, residential, commercial and others.
